ALEC is losing support left and right, but mostly from the left, and is looking to keep its head in the polluted skies by going after state renewable energy incentive programs. What does this mean for Ohio's SB 221 signed into law by then Governor Ted Strickland in May of 2008? I do not know. A web search for SB 221 information led me to a .pdf on the Office of the Ohio Consumer's Counsel website. The link to the file was featured on the search results page but I could not find the link on the website. Strange? Could Ohio be beating ALEC to the punch? If you journey to the OC'sC website, notice the text alongside the "Please Note" button near the bottom of the page.
